Gina Cicatelli (Ciagne) is a longtime DMV resident, though she has traveled the world from an early age. She is a trained maternal and child health professional and educator who changed careers to share her love of traditional Italian desserts turned into cupcakes. In addition, she is proud to bring her family’s tasty creations to the Annapolis community.
